I need some advice about integrating MS GP 2010 and SP2010

Is possible to create and/or write transactions in MS GP 2010 from SP 2010? For example, account payables and inventory entries. If so,  how?

Let's say I have an expense report approved by my manager and SP generates the account payable for the payment in MS GP...
