Dynamically Create a View from a Link in one List to a Library

My team has a Custom List of Projects called Projects. There is one column called Project Title. I've made this a site column.

I also have a Library called Project Files where my team uploads various documents. A column on that list is the Site Column Project Title where they pick whichever Project Title they want from the dynamic list.

What I would like to do is have a hyperlink on the Project List that links to a View on the Project Files Library that displays a View filtering for only that particular Project.

I am currently creating Views on the Project Files Library and then manually populating the Project List Hyperlink column with a link to that view. It works fine but i was hoping for a more dynamic way to make this happen. Have the hyperlink in the Project List create a Dynamic Filtered View when clicked.

I've read a few articles about this sort of thing but I'm not really grasping the concept I guess. It's not an emergency as my current method works just fine from my team's perspective.

Thanks for any help!
