We have noticed that certain user AD Accounts are not synchronising with the UPS when it runs on a nightly basis. We basically updated the phone numbers on a whole raft of accounts and this is not reflecting in the user profiles syncing down. I have tried:
-Running a incremental sync
-Running a full sync
-Deleting old sync databases
What seems odd is that if I change my own phone number in the AD then inc sync it updates, so it looks like it is just some accounts, but they were created by the sync in the first place. Anybody seen this before?
