When using accdw and cached data in accdw, where are the logon credentials stored for accessing the Sharepoint data

I am having problems in getting users properly authorized to access sharepoint data from an accdw local db.  I have an authorized external user, a hot mail account.  

Previously this worked well and i only had to enter the hotmail address and password once.  Obviously it is cached somewhere.

Given I am having problems in using the same hotmail address and password with new instances of the same accdw - on new pcs running xp or win 7, I am wondering if I can manually specify the data required in whatever cache is used.
