I have a web application that is in default zone uses abc.xyz.common.com which is http
Now i extended this web application with abc.common.com and used port 443 with ssl required configuration. Added wildcard certificate and assosiated it to the ip in iis. Since it was created with https already in shrepoint aam is no need to be configured.
Now whenever i am accessing site , its giving 404 page not found error if you simply type in the url. IF you type in https:// at front then it will open. FOr other sites browser defaults itself to https but for this one it doesn't. Any one have any idea??
