I have a Project Management subsite that has been in use for some time and working well. The operations manager just asked me to create a new Tasks view grouping Tasks by "Assigned To" column (values entered via default user selection control
on InfoPath form). No problem, I thought-- until I tried to do it. EVERY column except "Assigned To" is available to me in the Group By selection set. This makes absolutely no sense to me. Why is that column excluded by SharePoint?
