Hi guys
I would like my sharepoint to block other people from making changes to an Excel file if somebody else is working on it. I understand that this ought to be the default behavior in Sharepoint and am totally clueless as to why this particular file doesn't get locked when someone opens it.
I know that Microsoft have introduced some exciting possibilities to work on a document collaborating in real time. This is not that sort of document. We need our team to work consecutively on the document (we already had this problem in Sharepoint 2007)
Does anyone have any suggestions?
