Install PerformancePoint Dashboard Designer from Chrome

Hi,

I cannot open my sharepoint in IE for some reasons, only in Chrome. I need to start working with Dashboard designer but I understand it is only possible to first download from IE.

I tried solving why my sharepoint doesn't open in IE but cannot resolve this.

Is there any way for me to start working with dashboard designer?
