Menus and scrollbar doesn't work in sharepoint site

Hi ,All

I have SharePoint server,every things was working normal,till i install CardioLog Analytics Reports from here

http://www.intlock.com/intlocksite/productsandservices/cardiolog/cardiolog-vs-sharepoint-reports.asp

then i remove it from my server,but this program added some code to init.js file while installing.

To remove this program completely i opened init.js and deleted the code which Cardiolog had added to file.

After that no menus and scroll bar work in SharePoint site.

Does it mean that i removed some parts of init.js file?

what should i do?

any help really appreciate.
