Microsoft Sharepoint 2010 wizard installation fails: (Value cannot be null. Parameter name: service)

Hi. I send greetings to all. I have a problem with Sharepoint installation. The server shows me this message:
"Failed to connect to the configuration database.An exception of type System.ArgumentNullException was thrown. Additional exception information: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: service"

I tested the data base connection and is ok. There is another server connected to the Sharepoint farm and it work very good.

I used many ideas from Internet forums, but this ideas do not work.
