Sharepoint 2010 Fast search not excluding the content from Crawling

Hello

I had to change default name for the webapp in AAM.   For ex http://departments  to http://departments10

After chaning the name I adjusted the name in content sources.   and I had to exclude one of the site collections from crawl rules.

http://depatrments10/sites/sitecoll1.     But it is not excluding this site collection from crawling.

Please help.
