I am the site collection admin and owner of a site collection.
when I go to my site settings -> term store management I don't get any option to create a new term store.
Do I necessarily have to ask a Central Admin to crate the term store for me? what does it take so that the site collection owners can create their term stores which are local to their sites?
How can this be done?
