sharepoint does not work any more

hi SharePoint community

here what happened:

I tried to install exchange 2010 on my SharePoint server and after a lot of trying and searching I couldn't pulled it off and it turns out you cant install both of them in a same server. in the end I used the emt trouble shooter and I think it was after that my SharePoint server didn't open any more and I don't have any back up of sql.

and I'm new to SharePoint so please help and tell me if u need any logs and etc...

between there are thousands of errors and warnings in event viewer.
