SharePoint Modal Dialog Not working when apostrophe in url

Hi,

         I have a Hyperlink onclick Sharepoint Modal Dialog opens. The issue is the Modal dialog is not opening when the url contains apostrophe in the middle of url.

         there is no problem sharepoingmodal dialog script because it works for all other links in the grid.

        already tried with encoding url with SPEncode.UrlEncode(). 

    Please help or throw some light to fix the problem.
