Delete right webpart in Sharepoint Foundation 2010

Hello,

I'm trying to delete the right web part from a sub-site in Sharepoint Foundation 2010. Can this be done from the Site Settings menu or do you have to use Sharepoint Designer?

My ultimate goal is to have the image which is embedded in the left web part be more centered in the page by removing the right web part which is not being used.
