How to identify all the lists using a particular column as lookup field.

Hi All,

Scenario: I have a list 'Manager' with custom column 'Manager ID'. There are many lists which use 'Manager ID' as a lookup column.

Question: I need to identify all the lists which are using 'Manager ID' as a lookup column. Any pointers on how to accomplish this ?
