How to map excel column from SharePoint List in SharePoint 2010?

I am new in Service Application. My task is that how to map excel column from SharePoint List..

For Example:

Excel have three column : 1) Product Name 2) Cost 3) Description

In SharePoint List:

1) Name 2) Value 3) Description
