Item level permission without adding individual user to site permission

Hi All,

When we give a permission to a user on a list item by breaking the inheritance, that user is added to site with limited access. Is there any way to avoid the user adding to site when all authenticated users are already having Limited access on the same site.

It doesn't make scenes seeing All authenticated users with limited access in site permissions and also individual user with limited access again.

this behavior makes my site permissions page very huge and scattered with individual users as and when i give permission to a new user on a list item
