i dont want to put sharepoint's survey. Because, if i use sharepoint's survey in homepage.aspx , users see button and then button click then they will see survey's question and choices.....
i want to put survey with one quesiton. as same as " http://www.amrein.com/apps/page.asp?Q=5792"
suggestion ? pls free web part ?
