Can't Open site in SPD 2010

Hi,

I am using :

sharepoint foundation 2010 online,

sharepoint designer 2010

MS office 2007, windows 7

I am trying to open the my online sharepoint site in SPD 2010 but not able to open.

but same sharepoint site can open in other pc's. I am using online sharepint foundation 2010.

I think problem in internet browser setting or should use

MS office 2010 instead 2007 ??

Is SPD 2010 work with MS office 2013/2007
