In sharePoint designer , I cannot publish a workflow with ‘start the workflow manually ’ option selected.
i can publish WF only when using the ‘Automatically start the workflow when an item is created’ start option or When using ‘Automatically start the workflow when an item is changed'.
All help would be much appreciated.
