Tasks Lists Data Sheet view problems (with Predecessors drop down list)

Curious if anyone has seen this problem and if you have how does one fix it?

Running IE 10 and attempting to do some updating in a Tasks list in Data Sheet View. When I attempt to use the drop down to select a Predecessor for a task, the drop down only loads the 'All' Option. I could have sworn this did a asynchronous call to pull the list up at one time. So I pull up fiddler and trace the http posts and receive the following request post that received a 500 result saying "List does not exist":
