Hello,
We recently upgraded our SharePoint 2010 with the V4 Master page. When I want to update a link via:
SharePoint Web Portal using I.E 8 >site actions > site settings > navigation I get an error as soon as I click on navigation as per below:
"Stop running this script? A script on this page is causing your browser to run slowly etc."
I tried some troubleshooting steps found via google but none worked. Once navigation is clicked and the error goes away many of the navigation links are missing and I have to re add them back. Has anyone else seen this issue? We have the latest version of silverlight installed. Do you think it is because we are still using IE 8?
