Im having an issue where Web apps give the errors:
"Word Web App cannot open this document for viewing because of an unexpected error. To view this document, open it in Microsoft Word." For Word
"Workbook cannot be opened" for Excel.
This is a random issue, some work some dont. I can sit and save a new file from one that will not open and it will open, save it again it might open, third time it wont open, etc. Web App services are running. We are on Server 2008 SP2 (2 WFE, 2 app servers and SQL server), IE9 and Windows 7 64bit desktops.
The only new piece we added was Kerberos but most report this having started happening awhile before that was turned on and all other items work.
