Renaming Top Level Navigation

We have a site that was created, let's call it Site A. Now a page was created from this site, that will host other sites. After creating this page and the other sites, which now link to this page, we want to remove the link that shows 'Site A' and replace it with 'Site B' where I can add the new name and a link associated with the name. Site A will be hidden from the users and if users select Site A, they will not see the site, thus I need to rename the link to 'Site B'.

I would also have to update this in the breadcrumb. We don't want to recreate the site if we don't need to. Any assistance would be much appreciated.

So far I had opened the page = Site B in designer and selected 'Advanced Mode' and clicked on the content in the global navigation and it wouldn't allow me to make changes there. It was indicating that it came from the master page.

Thank You
