Content Organizer Rule: Potentially excessive number of SPRequest objects (213) currently unreleased on thread 10. Ensure that this object or its parent (such as an SPWeb or SPSite) is being properly disposed.

I am trying to create a Content Organizer Rule involving a Site Content Type.

Each time I click OK I get a Correlation ID error with multiple entries, for example:

• Setting database session for {bd727c26-2627-48c9-9964-8c1f8f22f7e8}.
• Potentially excessive number of SPRequest objects (213) currently unreleased on thread 10.  Ensure that this object or its parent (such as an SPWeb or SPSite) is being properly disposed...
• An SPRequest object was not disposed before the end of this thread.  .....

Is this an issue with my installation? The Site CT has nothing unusual.
