My customers SP servers have an older version of this file, which is a vulnerability. I found several security patches that update this file on the Office 2010 client and SharePoint 2013 (MS13-023 for clients; MS13-030 for SharePoint 2013), but cannot find the one that updates the file on the SharePoint 2010 servers. The file version needs to be at least 14.0.6132.5000, which is the version to which MS13-023 updates the Office 2010 clients.
