New items in the List SharePoint 2010 has lost its ability to display the form

In SharePoint 2010. there is a list that when you want to add a new item, and you
click the "NEW" item, it appears that something is happening but the
top title bar turns orange and the form is NOT displayed. It has been working
and suddenly it just stopped. How do I fix this?<o:p></o:p>
