My customer wants to execute out of the box workflow. Appreciate if you can review and confirm if we can achieve using SharePoint designer/oob customization as they don't want to deploy solution file. Here is the scenario:
1. Manager submits an InfoPath form for the employee goals and objective.
2. Workflow trigger to employee for updating the goals form(he should have add/update form option).
3. Employee submits his/her inputs and submit the form back.
4. Workflow triggers back to his reporting manager(same as step 1 manager) for final review.
5. Manager submits the goal after review(he should have approve, reject option).
6. The goals form should be stored as list item after both manager and employees review(after step 5)
7. Workflow should trigger to alert HR.
8. HR should have an option to reject/approve/edit goals even after employee & manager agrees and saves record in SharePoint list.
