We are studying Sharepoint and have 2 doubts about group functionality:
- Is there possible to configure a little repository for intranet users like yahoo or google groups? We think that is useful to have a specific space that can be shared for some users to store common docs;
- Is there a possibility to restrict or specify different content data depending on the group or hierarchy of users? Although we have a knowledge base portal that everything should be available for everybody, we would like to restrict some information from specific group of users.
Hope to have these settings just a configuration in Sharepoint and not a big customization..
