I installed a SharePoint 2010 Foundation Server with Office Web Apps 2010 for evaluation purposes.
Usually the web apps (and the excel web app in particular) take up to three minutes until the document is displayed, but every once a while the documents are displayed in a second or two.
The SharePoint is accessed by no more than five people.
I have no idea why this happens. The available memory is not fully utilised and there is no high load on the underlying Hyper-V host.

Operating System: Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
Database: MS SQL 2008 R2 Trial SP2
Number of vCPUs: 2
RAM: 6 GB
HDD: SAN Storage (dedicated SCSI VHD for database)
Any ideas what can cause this behavior?
