Disable Open in Visio link in visiowebaccess page

Dear All,

I have a Visio web drawing which I want to be read-only and not editable in Visio. I thought I could acheive this by using the Visio web part and disabling the 'Open in Visio' option (works well) however people can still go directly to the library and open in Visio and save as...

Is there any way to apply security to this so I can protect our Intellectual Property?
