In SharePoint standard – if one have many processes, which would be great visualizing, with e.g. clickable images, which leads to separate pages and separate Word/Excel documents. Also 1 or 2 Terms on all the documents for categorizing. Term1, Term2.
1 process might have 10 stages or more; S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, S9, S10….
Right now, there only a Wiki site option in SharePoint (that only has one document library default). P1
On that wiki site and with the stages and terms in mind, there will be at least one, .aspx page for each stage (S1, S2,S3 etc. etc.) and on each stage (that act as stage front page), there’s inserted the document library twice and the view is adjusted with each term word accordingly. – so far so good, on stage S1.
On S2’s front page, if one do the same, and as the 2 term words is identical with the S1 words, the view will also show these documents from S1
So If all the process documents is kept in one library, how can one prevent them for showing up on the other front pages, or is it better to create one document library for each stage, so the P1 site also have 10 doc library’s?
Have anyone made something similar?
In addition, did you used a wiki site for it or another template?
Any other feedback? – or another way of solving it?
