wiki pages links open in new window

Hi,

I am trying two different things in Sharepoint 2010 Wiki Pages.

a) How to Open Links in New Window. I want to add links in Wiki Pages which can be opened in New Window or tab. These links are essentially links to documents.

b) Similar to Word document, can we embed a file (pdf, ppt, excel) so that when someone double-clicks that file will open in a new window?

Please let me know the possibilites.
