2010 SharePoint Powershell Scrip For NTLM to switch to Kerberos

Is there a PowerShell scrip to check to see if you have NTLM or Kerberos on SharePoint?  And if the NTLM is turn on, how to switch it to Kerberos in powershell for SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010
