I have used "Connect to Outlook" feature of Sharepoint 2010 to connect to my 2007 Outlook Calendar. When I create events in Sharepoint, I can see them in Sharepoint Calendar within outlook. When I create events even on Sharepoint Calendar in outlook, those events can be seen on Sharepoint Calendar in browser. But, if events are created on Outllook Calendar, they do not sync with Sharepoint Calendar.
I have found posts, technet articles,.. which describes copying or drag-drop events from outlook calendar to Sharepoint Calendar within outlook. But this is not what our organization requires, it requires that things get handled automatically without copying. It means when you create events, appointments, meeting requests in Sharepoint Calendar it should get reflected in Outlook and vice-versa.
Please let me know is there a way around to do it.
