i am trying to create Release Management (software Development) Approval workflow using Sharepoint Designer 2010. In Approval form there will be information like Release No, Release Date, Build Date, Release Type, Release Summary, Release Config files checked by, Check Date,
Development Sign Off, Signed: once workflow get approved by dev then it will go to QA and then UAT.
QA Sign Off, Signed:
UAT Sign Off, Signed:
do i need to modify OTB approval workflow? what will be the approach to accomplish these workflow? please let me know if you guys done this before.
