Hello,
This issue I came across while doing some R & D on managed path.
I created a web application in SharePoint Server 2010. Before creating site collection, in managed path section I deleted root site (as Explicit inclusion) and added root site (as Wildcad inclusion). So I created site collection as http://servername:port/Test.
Now again in managed path section I deleted root site (as Wildcad inclusion) and added root site (as Explicit inclusion) and I created site collection as http://servername:port and created a subsite in the site collection as Test, now url for my subsite is http://servername:port/Test, which is same as url of site collection I created earlier. Now when I type the url http://servername:port/Test from remote machine, it always opens subsite. How can I access site collection which is having the same url.
