I used these instructions (link removed - not allowed) to translate the navigation elements on our company intranet. We need it to be navigable in English, French, German and Dutch? When I change language the translated elements all display correctly, but some of them link me back to the main language and suddenly also the system navigation turns back into French, the default language.
By doing a bit of research I have found many people talking about variations of web sites to support different languages but I don't think this is really what I need, as the content on the Intranet is going to be monolingual and all I need is navigation elements that have been translated.
