FAST Search Scope Item Count shows "Total: error" -SP2010

Hi All,

I have SP2010 farm which is integrated with FAST Search. But now i see issue in FAST Search Scope, it shows Item Count Total: error  under Scope Rules.

Also in View Scops option Scope Items shows not available. 

Please advise..
