Upload Document > Destination folder showing all folders in tree structure

Hi,
Need some expert help here,
I have a site called 'MySiteABC'. Users are given Contributor access to this site. Users can create folders, upload document etc. to this site.
The requirement by the customer is , A user should not see other users folder or files. I have used Filter option (Created By = [Me]) in All Document View to achieve this and it's working as expected.

The challenge I am facing is when the same user go to Upload Document, then on the pop up window when he select 'Choose Folder' in Destination Folder, it is showing up all folders.

Ask: IS there way I can restrict users viewing other user's folder in this tree structure. In below snapshot, my share point page shows only 2 folders which are owned by me, but the choose folder shows all.
