CAL SharePoint 2010

I wanted information about CAL inSharePoint 2010, my company is a partner of Microsoft, we use SP 2010 Enterprise for our intranet.

Do we have to buy a CAL for each domain user?

Or, for example, we can purchase the CAL only for users who have for example the need to use, the Visio Services?
