Configuring search service application in PRD environment

Our requirement is configuration of SharePoint 2010 Search Service Application in PRD environment is as follows:

We need to set crawl servers in Application Server group 1 and  Query servers in Application Server group 2.
The default Search databases need to be created in Database 1 and Content Databases need to be created in Database group 2.
