How to find no of people count whose saw the announcements.

Hi,

I have requirement, I need no of people count who saw the annoucements in annoucement list(suppose if three announcement are there called A,B,C .I need no of count for each annnouncemnet that Annoucement A is viewed by this much people and Annoucement B is viewed by this much people and so on..).Is't possible possible to do this with available OOTB features.
