How to disable Workflow Visualization on all custom and OOTB workflows

I was wondering if there was a way to disable the Workflow Visualization feature from all types of workflow; custom SharePoint Designer workflows and OOTB workflows such as Document Approval,etc...

 Currently we've  disable the Visio Graphics Services feature from our local farm instance by stopping the Visio Graphics Services on all servers and we've deleted all Visio Graphics Service service application in the farm. After the stopping the service and deleting the service application, the workflow visualization appears on a particular site.
