How to implement this requirement using SharePoint Designer.

Hi All,

I have simple requirement with SharePoint Designer, two lists 1) Mark Details

                                                                                                  2) Subject Details

In first list fields are, 1) Student Name 2) Subject 3) Marks

In Second list fields are 1) Subject 2) Number of Students

Now end user enters the data in first list, if mark equals to 100.

For example

Based on first list I want data in second list,

Help me how to do this requirement using SharePoint Designer.
