Error when add from existing site columns

I get this error when i tried to add column from existing site columns.

System.ArgumentException: No two choices should have the same ID

at Microsoft.SharePoint.ApplicationPages.ChoiceComparerWithDefaultGroup.Compare(PickerItem c1, PickerItem c2)

at System.Collections.Generic.ArraySortHelper`1.SwapIfGreaterWithItems(T[] keys, IComparer`1 comparer, Int32 a, Int32 b)

at System.Collections.Generic.ArraySortHelper`1.QuickSort(T[] keys, Int32 left, Int32 right, IComparer`1 comparer)

at System.Collections.Generic.ArraySortHelper`1.Sort(T[] keys, Int32 index, Int32 length, IComparer`1 comparer)

I looked under settings > site columns >

I see the duplicate columns:

E-mail Submission Columns

I had feature E-mail Integration with Content Organizer activated. Which I deactivated but this columns still remain in the site columns list and i think this is causing problem.

Any help on how to troublshoot the error will be appreciated.
