Add drop down menu to Weekly Calendar to select individual resources

Hi,

  Does anyone have some code to add a drop down above the Weekly calendar that can be used to select resources from a list. I select the resource to display on a calendar at the moment by clcking the Resouce button in the ribbon, but would prefer to dispaly this on the page.
