Hide SharePoint Ribbon button but in LIST Tab

Hello.
    I know how to hide ribbon button which is automatically generated after page load. But what about ribbon button which is loaded when I click on LIST tab. All buttons in this LIST TAB are generated with some ajax script. These buttons doesn't exists in page load. So for example there is button List Settings....And I want to hide/disable this button or buttonList Permission. Hmm...Again these buttons doesn't exists when Page loads...They are generated after I click on List Tab....Hmmm....So how to hide ribbon buttons which are generated only after I click on Tab List.... Thank You
